HISTORY
The Nathaniel H. Bronner, Sr. Entrepreneurship Center (NHBEC) was founded in 2000 as an extension of the ministry of Word Of Faith Family Worship Center. It was created to encourage, equip, and empower men and women of God to launch, grow, and expand successful businesses. NHBEC was named
in honor of the late patriarch of the Bronner family, and founder of
the Bronner Brothers Company. N.H. (as he is affectionately known)
was chosen as a model for achieving excellence not only for his
success in developing one of the leading companies in his chosen
field of endeavor, but more importantly, for the rich legacy he left
behind, including six sons, each imbued with the desire and the
ability to make a great impact in business, and a great impact in ministry.
NHBEC has offered training classes and workshops on various aspects of
business ownership over the years. In 2003, NHBEC changed its name to the
Nathaniel H. Bronner, Sr. Center (NHBC) and created two entities under its
umbrella, the Nathaniel H. Bronner Business Institute (NHBBI or BBI) to serve
the needs of current and aspiring business owners and Life Builders Career
Center to serve the needs of job seekers and employers.
Today, Bronner Business Institute serves current and aspiring business owners
through its Kingdom Connections Networking Events, NxLeveL™
Entreprenuership Training Institute Courses & Workshops, Counseling Services,
Online Business Directory, and Technical Assistance with Business Loan
Applications. BBI offers two membership levels, Standard and Champion.
Standard membership is free. Champion members donate an annual amount in
support of BBI. BBI Champions are listed on the BBI Online Business
Directory.
