Coping with rapid change can be difficult, even for the seasoned entrepreneur or executive. BBI is pleased that Ms. Norrene Duffy, President of Red Bridge Consulting has accepted our invitation to come and share from her knowledge and experience about managing transistions.

She brings more than twenty five years of experience in information technology. She has witnessed the challenges system changes bring to executives and end-users alike. As a result, Red Bridge Consulting has developed techniques to identify and address not only technology issues, but the even more difficult organizational and people issues. Her early career as a NASA mathematician taught her the importance of precision. Through software development roles, she learned how technical people tick. As Director of Information Systems for the City of Atlanta, she oversaw the transition of a traditional data processing operation into a customer-centric organization and discovered the importance of relationships in effecting change.
