RENDER UNTO CAESAR

The April 10th Kingdom Connections Event featured a presentation by Corey Moore of FFG Tax Service addressing important tax planning information for entrepreneurs. Attendees were extremely attentive to the opportunities to strategically manage business income and save on taxes that were shared by Mr. Moore in an informative and entertaining manner. Later, Mr. Moore was joined by CPA Milton Woodward to further address questions from the attendees directly. The event was recorded and DVD's are available for purchase.

Vision Tutoring, LLC is looking for energetic, creative, and highly qualified tutors for the 2011-2012 school year. Our services extend through Bibb, Carroll, Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, Coweta, DeKalb, Douglas, Fayette, Fulton, Gwinnett, Hall, Henry, Newton, Paulding, Rockdale, Spalding, and Troup counties. The company is seeking educators for grades 1-12 in the areas of Reading, English/Language Arts and Math as well as high school Science and Social Studies instructors. Tutors select to work with students whose subject(s), location, and schedule are convenient for them. Scheduled times include weekdays anytime from 3:00PM to 8:30PM and weekends between 9:00AM and 8:30PM. Each student receives an average of two 90-minute sessions per week. Services are rendered in the student's home or in public facilities.

Applicants must:

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Have a minimum GPA of 3.0 in the subject area for which they apply - undergraduate transcripts will be reviewed
  • Be proficient in teaching the subject(s) for which they apply
  • Have at least one year of teaching experience or at least three years of tutoring/substitute teacher experience related to the subject for which they apply
  • Be committed to contracting his or her tutoring services for the duration of the school year - hours are selected by the applicant; minimum: 3 hrs/wk
  • Have the ability to create engaging lessons for students based on the skills that must be taught - this is NOT homework assistance
  • Be dependable, punctual, organized, and a positive role model
  • Be able to consistently submit detailed paperwork by the designated deadline each month
  • Have a passion for teaching youth and contributing to their success
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Be willing to submit to a criminal background check (applicants with felonies will not be hired; those with misdemeanors are subject to further review)

Be sure to include specific experience relative to teaching and tutoring Reading, Language Arts, Math, Science, and/or Social Studies on your resume. Compensation: $20/hr for one-on-one sessions (97% of sessions are 1:1), $28-$50/hr small group. This is a part-time job. This is a contract job.

A BBI CHAMP business has employment opportunities for Full and Part time English, Spanish, Creole, French and Bi-lingual Spanish Customer Service Manager, Team Lead, Workforce Management and Agent positions.

Call Center/Customer Care Specialist must have prior customer service experience and technical abilities to provide superior inbound phone support to our valued customers. This person must effectively communicate with customers and co-workers to affect issue resolution. Strong customer service skills are a must.

As a Customer Service Representative you will provide first level inbound telephone support for customers by troubleshooting, investigating and resolving customer questions and challenges they may be having with services with an objective of resolving the issue in one phone call.

Qualifications and Responsibilities

  • Customer Care Specialist must have experience in processing trouble tickets and use multiple tools and procedures to address the customer’s needs
  • Must be knowledgeable of  with Microsoft Office  (Excel, Word)
  • Must be able to available from 8:30 am – 11: 00 pm nightly
  • Must be able to work rotation  Saturday and Sunday
  • Candidates should have one year experience of telephone customer service experience
  • Bi-Lingual position, ability to speak fluent English and Spanish
  • Great customer service skills is a must
  • Manager or Team Leads must have 2 year of management experience or call center experience leadership experience
  • Must be familiar with excel spreadsheets and reporting.
  • Clear communication via e-mail and the telephone using proper spelling and grammar to proactively resolve customer issues is imperative.
  • The representative will be responsible for problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up for the customer issues, escalating more complex problems to other support areas as appropriate
